So when we got home last night we saw Jack and Alex who had ended up having a pretty heavy night themselves haha! So safe to say most people were pretty dead this morning!!
I however felt fine and had a lunch date with Mel from Tigeroy in Malvern so got up and got myself dressed and ready!
We went to “The Distributor Eatery” on Glenferrie road, which I found with Brittany a few weeks back and loved! I had the buckwheat pancakes again and a chilled chai!! Yum yum yummmm! We chatted for ages and discussed her business as I will be doing some work for her on her website and social media from now on! 🙂 Her company is called Cocoon Couture and once the updates are done I will be posting a link for you all to check it out!! 🙂
Anyway after that she drove me home and we said our temporary goodbyes! She is such a funny lady I look forward to working with her!
The rest of the afternoon was spent watching films as usual really and just generally relaxing until it was time to get ready to go out! Now I had warned everyone yesterday not to get too messed up because we were having my leaving drinks tonight…of course no one listened…so everyone was exhausted….it was a pretty poor excuse for pre-drinks to be honest!!
After sitting around for hours looking at everyone forcing beers down trying not to fall asleep, we finally set off to Chapel Street!! We headed to Bridie O’Reilys a really nice big Irish pub with a live band! It was pretty good there! It took a while for people to warm up but eventually people started to have a good time!!
There was this seriously drunk guy who came and sat with us and he was so funny!! That combined with Tony’s incredible laugh was enough to have me crying with laughter!!! After nagging people for hours to dance we finally hit the dance floor and had plenty of fun (unfortunately the guy we asked to take a photo for us was not so sober and didn’t manage to get a single one with our heads in! Haha!
Well once again I will leave it there for tonight! Drinks are flowing and the night goes on! 🙂
