{"id":1614,"date":"2015-02-08T14:53:43","date_gmt":"2015-02-08T14:53:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hayleyroosphotography.co.uk\/mosaic\/?page_id=1614"},"modified":"2015-02-08T14:57:35","modified_gmt":"2015-02-08T14:57:35","slug":"our-new-home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hayleyroosphotography.co.uk\/mosaic\/our-new-home\/","title":{"rendered":"Our new home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mosaic is seeking a new home to relocate to from our current locations of Bessborough Road, Harrow and the Girl Guide Headquarters in Hatch End.<\/p>\n<p>The following is the minimum requirements agreed by Mosaic&#8217;s initial Annual General Meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 or 5 concurrent religious services, up to 80 people in each service.<br \/>\n(each space 60-80 square metres.)<\/li>\n<li>Configurable for 3 concurrent services where 1 service can accommodate 220 &#8211; 250 people.<\/li>\n<li>kiddush space for 300 people, by (quickly) reconfiguring the above, or separate space of at least 30m2.<\/li>\n<li>Reconfigurable to hold 350 &#8211; 400 people in lecture (theatre style), 200 &#8211; 250 people for a catered event.<\/li>\n<li>A fully equipped catering kitchen (with a separate kosher preparation area within the kitchen to Masorti standards) to prepare meals for 250 people &#8211; at least 35m2 of space.<\/li>\n<li>A space for art, youth &amp; other activities \u2013 either one of the spaces above or a separate dedicated space of around 50m2.<\/li>\n<li>Storage space (60-80m2), plus lobby, cloakroom and toilet facilities to match the above uses.<\/li>\n<li>Spaces (re-configurable) and facilities for Religion School, including space outside for use as a playground.<\/li>\n<li>Administration office(s) for at least 3 &#8211; 5 staff plus at least a further 3 &#8211; 4 offices for Rabbis and other professional staff.<\/li>\n<li>Onsite parking for at least 20 cars (more unless on street parking for a further 50 cars is available nearby).<\/li>\n<li>External space to allow for a garden and events for at least 100 people to be held outside (e.g. a sukkah).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Several significant additional requirements need to be assessed and allowed for if possible:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sheltered accommodation and related facilities, in conjunction with partner organisations.<\/li>\n<li>A coffee shop, internet caf\u00e9, deli.. t<i>o be considered if seen as appropriate given site location<\/i><\/li>\n<li>Sports facilities?\u00a0 A nursery \/ nursery school?<\/li>\n<li>On-site accommodation for a caretaker \/ site manager t<i>o be considered as part of above<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hayleyroosphotography.co.uk\/mosaic\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/property-summary.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1615 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hayleyroosphotography.co.uk\/mosaic\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/property-summary.png\" alt=\"property summary\" width=\"1040\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hayleyroosphotography.co.uk\/mosaic\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/property-summary.png 1040w, https:\/\/hayleyroosphotography.co.uk\/mosaic\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/property-summary-700x484.png 700w, https:\/\/hayleyroosphotography.co.uk\/mosaic\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/property-summary-624x432.png 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1040px) 100vw, 1040px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mosaic is seeking a new home to relocate to from our current locations of Bessborough Road, Harrow and the Girl Guide Headquarters in Hatch End.
